BrewDog Las Vegas Happy Hour Guide

BrewDog brought their Scottish craft beer attitude to the Strip and stuck it on a rooftop, because why the hell not. This isn't your typical Vegas brewery—it's loud, opinionated, and completely unapologetic about being beer nerds. The happy hour is a monster: Monday through Friday, noon to 6pm, which is basically half the damn day. If you like hops, hate boring beer, and want a break from the casino floor, this is your spot.

The Six-Hour Marathon

Noon to 6pm on weekdays is an absurdly long happy hour, and BrewDog takes full advantage. You're getting $7 beer, $8 well drinks, and 2-for-1 appetizers, which is aggressive pricing for a rooftop on the Strip. The beer selection rotates—they've got their core lineup (Punk IPA, Elvis Juice, etc.) plus whatever experimental nonsense they're currently brewing. If you're not a beer person, the $8 wells are serviceable, but you're really here for the craft stuff.

Food That Doesn't Suck

The 2-for-1 appetizers are clutch because BrewDog's food is actually good—burgers that aren't dry, wings with actual flavor, loaded fries that could be a meal. This is Scottish pub food with an upgrade, so expect hearty, beer-friendly stuff that soaks up alcohol efficiently. The "Chilli Dog Fries" are stupid indulgent, and the buffalo cauliflower is solid if you're pretending to eat healthy before ordering the burger.

Rooftop With a View

The outdoor patio gives you Strip views without the insane cover charges of the mega-clubs. It's casual up here—picnic tables, string lights, a vibe that's more "neighborhood bar that happens to be on a roof" than "Vegas bottle service nightmare." Weather permitting (which is most of the year), the rooftop is where you want to be. Inside works too if it's 115 degrees or you want AC.

The BrewDog Personality

Fair warning: BrewDog has opinions. Their branding is aggressive, their beer names are snarky, and they're not shy about calling out "big beer" bullshit. If you want a quiet, refined experience, go literally anywhere else. If you appreciate a brewery with a middle finger attitude and beers that punch you in the mouth with flavor, you'll fit right in.

When to Hit It

The noon start is perfect for day drinking, pre-gaming before an early show, or recovering from last night by drinking through the afternoon (no judgment). The six-hour window means you can roll in whenever and still catch deals. Weekday afternoons are surprisingly chill—locals, craft beer tourists, and people who realized they don't need to spend $18 on a Bud Light at the casino bar. Just maybe don't go too hard from noon to 6pm unless you're ready to write off the rest of your day.
