Chandelier Bar Happy Hour. The Strip

Two million beaded crystals hang in shimmering curtains around the bar, which sits inside a three story chandelier rising through the middle of the Cosmopolitan's casino floor. It is really three rooms stacked on top of each other. The ground level pours 24 hours a day and takes the heaviest foot traffic. Level 1.5, suspended inside the crystal curtain itself, opens at 5pm and is the one everybody photographs. The top level keeps its own schedule and is where you head when you want an actual seat and a conversation.

The deal situation is murkier here than at most Strip bars. Our listing shows weekday afternoons from 3 to 6, but the Cosmopolitan doesn't publish an official happy hour menu for this bar and secondhand reports conflict, so treat that window as a rumor and budget for full price cocktails. The one promotion we could confirm is for Nevada locals: 25 percent off Veuve Clicquot bottles all day Monday, running through the end of 2026.
