Remedy's Tavern Happy Hour. Off-Strip

Remedy's is the Henderson wing of the Distill and Remedy's tavern family, a group of nine locals bars scattered across the valley that never close. The formula is pure neighborhood: a long bar lined with video poker screens, TVs tuned to whatever game matters that night, and a kitchen that keeps sending out food at 4 a.m. because the doors literally never lock. Breakfast is served around the clock too, so plates of biscuits and gravy land next to pints at odd hours. The crowd skews regulars, service industry people, and anyone whose shift ended when everyone else's started.

The house calls its deal The Happiest Hour, and it lands Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 pm, dine in only. The current menu pegs well spirits, house wines, and domestic pints at $4, with select starters and shareables at $5. That second part is the sleeper value. The regular starters list includes fried cheese curds at $11.95 and warm pretzel bites at $9.95, so a $5 shareable next to a $4 pint makes for a genuinely cheap afternoon. Wings come sauced mild, medium, hot, nitro, or garlic parmesan if you want to spend a little more.

One heads up before you drive: the Remedy's branded rooms now sit at 3265 St. Rose Parkway and 530 Conestoga Way, both in Henderson. The old Warm Springs address has been absorbed into the Distill side of the company, so point your GPS at St. Rose unless Conestoga is closer, and remember the discount only applies if you sit down and order there.
